Mandy Chick takes on Owosso Nationals

A trip to Ovid, Michigan’s Owosso Speedway was on the docket for Mandy Chick during the third weekend in September. Piloting her Fragola Performance No. 74 Chevrolet, she competed in a pair of races with the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour during the Owosso Nationals event.

On Saturday, Chick was part of the 40-lap New Stars Race at the 0.375-mile oval. She started fifth in the 11-car field and brought home a seventh-place result.

Rain dampened Sunday activities at the track, but the Owosso Nationals 150 went on as planned, with Chick starting 13th out of 23 cars in the 150-lap race. She finished 14th.
